It felt great to move-in, not within a month after experiencing continued thefts from so called secure mailroom it doesn't appear to be a good place to recommend

We have been living in the Monterra community since last 14 months. From the time of signing the lease, we have had an hassle free experience. The most pleasing aspect of Monterra is the excellent Maintenance team, they address them so efficiently.
