The monterra is such a nice and peaceful place to live. Apartment layouts are nice. Maintenance is punctual. Office staff is very quickly at responding. Very happy I went with them as my new home!

Generally good.

- They sometimes forgot to pick up trash in my building.

- Hope we have more donuts days.

- Hope we can have more food trucks coming.

I like it here. Close to an H-E-B and gas station. Nice that it’s so close to the domain. Although if you’re in your early 20s, there’s not a lot of other people that age in this complex.
