Gracias a dios que no me dio la oportunidad de rentar en ese condominio . Uno de los que atiende en la oficina Albert súper pésima atención , muy grosero y no da la información correcta para aplicar a los apartamentos , me estafaron y la atención no se diga pésima , para la aplicación mandaba a poner números de apartamentos que ni siquiera estaban disponibles porque no tiene control en lo absoluto de la comunidad . MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA

Water gets shut off frequently, recently went 3 days without water.

The office staff never answer the phone.

They don’t maintain the AC units or filters I’m told it’s a “courtesy”

The property isn’t maintained, they have rat issues,

They will try to move you into a dirty apartment.

Horrible. Just please save yourself the hassle. RUN. Far the heck away.

Pool is seldom open. City of Austin closed it shortly after kids got out of school. School is about to start and pool is still not open. Don’t rent here.

Water shuts off all the time with no warning, AC broken for 48 hrs upon move in, they dont let you tour the apartment youre looking at, front office never answers, community is horrible

I have been leaving in this place for six months, and I would not recommend it at all. They shout out the water at least once a month because pipes break, the AC breaks all the time, and they take at least 5 to 7 days to fix it, plus they don’t give you a portable AC unit. Management doesn’t help at all with this issues. You can definitely get way better apartments for the same price or better price. Please do not make the mistake of moving to these apartment buildings, you’ll regret it.
