This place and management team needs desperate attention. It also needs new management personnel to be trained in the correct way that actually serves their community rather than insult the community and disrespect the community.

Overall, my experience has been positive, and I have no major complaints. I have lived at the Morgan for a total of four years. I did move away for a period of time and later returned. While my living experience itself has been good, there have been ongoing issues with maintenance and communication.
On one occasion, I waited an entire year for a work order to be completed. The request was repeatedly cleared from the system without the issue ever being fixed. I understand that there has been a... change in management; however, this pattern seems to continue regardless of which management company is in place. Each time, there appears to be a significant delay in addressing maintenance concerns.
That said, I cannot say my overall living experience has been bad. The neighborhood is peaceful, there is little to no drama, and I feel comfortable living here. I do believe, however, that maintenance and office staff need to improve communication with the residents. I have personally visited the office multiple times, and I have also heard similar complaints from other tenants regarding these same issues.

I really dislike this place. Nothing gets done. Every time i go to my mailbox, it’s always open with no mail.
