9 months in and everything still feels great! love the fun community events, free yoga classes, nature trails, EV charging stations, compost option on site and my spacious 1 bedroom unit with a corner balcony!

We love the grounds, the activities, and the amenities. The maintenance guy who is over our building is awesome, Chris. We have a great relationship with him, but if he's not here, our maintenance requests do not get resolved. For example, we are on day 6 without a dryer. I work in hospitality, and I understand that sometimes you're short-staffed or can't get to a request immediately.

However, as a leasing office and organization as a whole, it's your responsibility to make sure your tenants...
have access to the things that they pay for. We chose this apartment partly due to the fact that it had a washer and dryer. Whenever I spoke to the front desk about this, they were very condescending and basically told me that my request isn't urgent, so they'll get to it whenever. We did not get a date for our dryer to be fixed until my husband called on day 6 of no dryer.
