I’ve thoroughly enjoyed living here so far. The move in has been very easy and smooth. I appreciate Jay and the office staff for being welcoming and warm. The amenities are very nice. My dog and I love the trails and dog park.

Good amenities, location, and peaceful living experience overall. Management was previously awful, but there has been a big turnover in staff in the past few months and since then management of the property has been much better. However, there are several inconvenient things that come with living here still. It is quite annoying to be required to pay for valet trash and fetch despite personally having no use for either service and to have to register vehicles and guest’s cars every time they... visit in fear of getting towed. I don’t know any other complex that has this towing policy and it is incredibly inconvenient and predatory, as even I as a resident had my vehicle towed at one point.

We understand valet trash and Fetch may not be useful to everyone, but they help us prevent... any lost or stolen packages. Our towing policy and guest registration system are in place to ensure parking is available for residents and to prevent unauthorized vehicles. We appreciate you being part of our community!

Awful property management here and I've lived at some questionable complexes before. Move here if you want poor staff response to issues regarding maintenance problems, your vehicle being improperly towed and overall negligence to reoccurring problems.
