Issues with Basics

These apartments are $ and it’s the Second day in June, second day without A/C or water. This building has issues! We don't have fans in our apartment ceilings and it's hot as heck outside... the people who work here in the service department are nice: concierge and maintenance etc but if stuff doesn't work living here isn’t worth it
