They took $25 out of my security deposit because I left a tote of goldfish crackers and lentils in the kitchen pantry. $25 for someone to take carry it 30 feet to the dumpster. That's a 1 minute job. They could have called and asked if I wanted it back, but no. They also charged me $75 to clean the back patio. I have photos showing it's clean. I also have my move-in report stating gutters were filled with leaves and need to be cleaned when I moved in. They never cleaned the gutters in 2 years,… and leaves were constantly falling into the back yard. I raked the leaves every month, even though I am charged for landscaping. If you don't rake them you will get a lot of mosquitoes. I was also charged for a broken closet door. The closet doors are the cheap folding kind. I left mine open for 2 years. I literally didn't close it for 2 years. How did it break? The neighbors are cool and the front area is nicely landscaped, but the management is unreasonable. There are plenty of similar properties with more fair landlords in this area.

They're building condos next to this complex. This is why I moved in January, 2018. Management wanted to raise my rent. I asked if they would not raise my rent, because of the construction. They said this against fair housing laws. Good luck finding someone to pay market value for this unit when construction is going on until 7pm, literally 30 feet away. The apts are old and air quality really bad inside. Mgmt is horrible and must have paid for a 4 star.
