The Waller is an apartment community in Austin, TX
Terrible complex to live in. Management is awful and commits lease violation after lease violation. Recently, residents lost a significant value on their monthly rent and management offered to give back a fraction of it, as long as Confidentiality Forms were signed. So bizarre and uncomfortable living here.

The staff are very nice, the aesthetics and amenities are very nice, and therefore the residents have overall been very nice too! And it is by far the best value for money I found in Austin. All of the above made it an easy decision to sign a lease with them.
