The Waller

This building is a mid rise apartment building with a gucci belt.

The building floods and multiple residents were forced to evacuate with a $1000 voucher. That flood was from the 17th-9th floor on an entire side of the building.

They leave the parking garage open... downtown... HORRIFICALLY unsafe. The parking situation in general is a nightmare and they have roughly half as many spaces as they actually need.

The amenities are nice. That is the only positive this building has.

The... apartments look nice on the inside but the units are plagued by insane humidity. If your washer/dryer is in your closet you will ABSOLUTELY need a dehumidifier or you clothes will stink. the ceilings are very low, windows don't open and most units don't have balconies. The overall quality of the apartments is very poor. Appliances stink, and finishes are cheap facades and nothing more.

The walls here are VERY thin and the floors transmit lots of noise as well.

The hallways smell poorly, the "dog park" is a pitiful patio that is disease infested and smells absolutely disgusting. Residents know not to use this because it makes dogs sick.

The locks they use with their app are completely worthless so you absolutely need a key fob.

I was assaulted by a homeless person just outside the building and there are tons of angry homeless that congregate outside the building. I would never recommend ANY woman live at this building. Extremely unsafe. Read More

We’ve been extremely happy with our experience at The Waller. Moving can be stressful, but the entire process felt smooth, welcoming, and well organized from the very beginning. We really appreciated the attention to detail, from the immaculate condition of our apartment to the thoughtful welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived.

Since moving in, we’ve continued to be impressed by the friendliness, professionalism, and hard work of the entire team. 2/5 stars. The staff is amazing and make up the entirety of those 2 stars. The building is extremely loud and night. If you are sensitive to noise at night you will not be able to go to bed until 11pm at the earliest. Also there is nothing within walking distance that isn’t garbage food. Since I have moved in there have been several water issues affecting a majority of the building.

Great location and views, and the team has been communicative and responsive. Looking forward to seeing continued improvements as the building stabilizes.

Terrible complex to live in. Management is awful and commits lease violation after lease violation. Recently, residents lost a significant value on their monthly rent and management offered to give back a fraction of it, as long as Confidentiality Forms were signed. So bizarre and uncomfortable living here.
