Best Apartment Building in ATX!

LOVE the Weaver!!! I’ve lived in the building for 2+ years. Super convenient location in a quiet residential neighborhood. 3-minute drive to Whole Foods, Target, & all the best stuff on East 6th Street. 1-block away from Lady Bird Lake. Awesome gym (which is almost always empty). The building has a massive grassy field which becomes a fun dog park in the evenings. Love the Pool + 5th Floor Sky Lounge! Office management is friendly and very responsive (shoutout to Morgan for always going the… extra mile!)

Dangerous area

There was a shooting with 3 people involved because of the car club gathering that happens every Sunday from 4 pm until well after dark. It is not the first time violence has erupted just a matter of time before a bullet goes through a residents window

I love the clean and modern design of the Weaver and how it is extremely spacious. Parking is very easy and the whole complex is in a great environment, very close to nature. I love it here!
