Very nice!

I visited Towne Oaks this past Thursday looking for a 2 bedroom for next year and Angela was so nice and knowledgeable. I will be coming back as soon as my lease is up.

Pleased

MR. ALTON excellent and thorough maintenance man!!!
MS. KAREN goes above and beyond to keep her tenants happy and make you comfortable living here.
The units are very spacious for the price. She came in and genuinely cares about her tenants a great change from the normal.

VERY CLEAN QUIET & SAFE PLACE TO LIVE

I have been the resident here at town oaks one going on 11 years I have always been very happy and have always felt very safe here the Management Team her really cares about the property and their tenants. The maintenance crew Is extremely proficient whenever I put in a request it is addressed immediately and Most of the time depending on the issue is repaired and taken care of within the hour. I have noticed a Positive change in Management and maintenance crew In about the past 3-4 years. … And this definitely makes a difference

Awesome staff and location!

We lived in Towne Oaks 1 for 2 years and we will always have fond memories of the place! The staff and maintenance at Town Oaks 1 is the best by far! I've lived in apartments for about 10 years and I've never seen such responsive and friendly staff. Karla at front office was awesome! I don't remember the names of maintenance folks, but they were extremely efficient and would get the job done the same day. The location of this apartment is great! It's right at the junction of I-35 and 183. It… can't get more central than that in Austin. We also like the old school town home setup with plenty of space. We don't see such homes/apartments coming up anymore. Thank you Towne Oaks staff, we greatly appreciate all you've done.
