While I am not a resident my hope is to one day live in this community... This apartment community is clean and the grounds are always well maintained . I know this because I had friends that lived here and I would visit from time to time...The staff has always been respectful, kind and genuine...I have looked at many apartment communities over the past several months and none of them compares to this one... if you are looking for an apartment home than you owe it to yourself to check this... one out.

I've been here a few months and I LOVE this complex. The apartments are spacious and, despite the age of the complex, they look newer inside. The price is really good for the space and the shape the apartments are in, especially given the cost for "newer" apartments elsewhere in the city. The office staff and maintenance are all very kind and attentive, and maintenance problems are handled very quickly. I've had no issues with neighbors or any pest problems. I appreciate the amenities available... here (the pool is particularly nice and rarely seems to be crowded). All in all I love living here and I plan to stick around for awhile!

We recently moved to Chandler Creek and we’ve been very happy. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and considerate, and we have not had any problems with anyone living here. If you are looking for an affordable place to live for yourself or your family, I would highly recommend checking it out.

I recently moved from chandler creek and I was sad to leave it. The apartments are spacious and well kept. The staff is great! They communicate so much through the daily emails and updates about what’s going on around the complex. It’s very family friendly & they just put in a new park. These apartments are affordable for the area and in a good location. I would recommend this complex to any one who ask.
