Very good
I’ve lived here in trio for about 2 years now.
Unfortunately because of personal reasons, I had to transfer units. And every transition was so peaceful and flawless. Adriana and Megan have been the best help since day 1 of moving in. If there are any problems, and I typically don’t have a lot of them in my unit at least, the new maintenance is on top of it.
Plus, it’s very affordable for the area. I would say the only downside is that there’s a lot of raccoons and possums in the vacinity. But... honestly, that’s any wooded area so that can’t be helped. Otherwise it’s great
