Maintenance experience Although there has been a long list of requests to go through for the move-in week, the maintenance team did not make us wait too long. And I really appreciate their patience in fixing our problems one by one instead of saying let's fix the remaining ones next time. Really makes moving here a better choice.

Great apartment complex, could use some better amenity repairs. The staff and management are friendly. About a 20 min walk to main campus but quite enough from West campus parties

The staff here are terrific, not to mention the property; I really enjoy having access to two properties with this lease; the resort-style pool at the Villas is beautiful but I love the spaciousness of the Venue Gym! As well, the events held at the properties are always fun and endearing, even if I can't attend all of them; the staff and managers here really work to create a sort-of community that you're welcome to participate in if you wish! Finally, if any maintenance or any other kind of… issues arise, the staff here are on top of it as soon as it's reported! I think every maintenance request we've made (not that there have been many) is resolved within a few days of it being placed. Great work y'all, keep it up!
