I love my beautiful apartment home and community. The amenities are really nice… especially the pool area and clubhouse. I feel it’s a great value for all the nice features available here. I love living here and don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

Applied to be a roommate with someone who has been locked in a lease for 8 months. They never missed payments, already on time. We were told 2 different things regarding the application fee from the staff. After the application was ran i was not approved because of my credit. But since the person on the lease has already been locked in and never missed any payments you would think credit wouldn’t matter, that this was simply adding me to the lease. Terrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend

Our qualification criteria remains the same for all applicants, whether they are applying for a new apartment or joining an existing Lease. Love the complex! Love the amenities! Love the layout! But of a struggle to get things set up at first but once we did it’s been great! Highly recommend moving here!

It’s a decent apartment overall—clean, well-managed, and convenient for daily living.
There’s occasional noise, but nothing too disruptive, so it’s generally comfortable to stay here.
