So far very satisfied with my stay here. The staff have been very friendly and accommodating to my needs. I got the apt layout I really wanted and have enjoyed how wide and deep my tub is. Really enjoying the pool area and their community events that I've attended so far.

Moving to the Villages at Turtle Rock has been great. All of our neighbors have been really nice, the apartment itself is super spacious and maintenance was able to come out quickly to fix our light switch. 10/10!

It’s been a great experience. Jessica has been great! We moved from another town, and we were able to take care of most of our documents remotely. It was a very efficient and seamless process. The office staff has been very responsive throughout.

Move in has been smooth! Jessica has been amazing!!

A couple hiccups:
it was an apparent miscommunication with the other women at the front desk the day of. She was a little rude and initially refused to grant the $1000 gift card we were offered upon signing, but she did end up honoring it.

Wifi for residents was not working well when I first tried in the clubhouse and doesn’t seem to properly reach outside or poolside (not a huge deal but slightly disappointing)x

Otherwise, everyone has... been kind and maintenance has been swift so far in fixing anything.
