Wildflower decline

Property is not being maintained and updated. Discounts for lower income seniors have declined, so rents are unaffordable. Management changes often and some do not treat tenants respectively. Under 55 tenants have been allowed in. However living in Mueller is wonderful and the current community of residents is friendly and helpful.
