The community itself is quiet, well maintained, and in a convenient location. The office staff has always been friendly and responsive (Vlad is awesome).Other than my maintenance issue with the caulking, it has been great. Once that is taken care of I will have no complaints. Overall, my experience living at Alta Trails has been positive.

Alta trails is in a great location. We are 6 minutes max away from everything we need. The staff is very professional and friendly. It’s an overall nice complex to live in.
