Cockroaches apartments

These cockroaches apartments are infested, management don’t do anything about it. They don’t care about the health of people living here. So disappointed.

Pretty Good

Cedar Ridge was my first apartment ever and at first it was a pretty good apartment complex. Not too bad, my neighbors were pretty cool and quiet. In March, my a/c broke and it took a whole month for someone to even come out and look at it and even then it didnt get fixed. So another work order went in 2 days later and another month went by and j was told they were “catching up” and would “get to me when they had time”. Almost 5 months pass by of no a/c, me not even living there anymore, they… finally fix it but now there are roaches and ants constantly. Roaches. Roaches. Roaches. Everywhere i look. No matter what i do there is always more. At this point i was just done, and i was unable to break my lease without paying 600 something dollars. New management might be cool, but i just don’t have it in me to even give them a chance.
