The current staff is so helpful and friendly. The apartment is so spacious but most of all I love the view of the bay.

These apartment managers like to harass people knowing they have 10 days to let someone know about their car going to be towed or if it’s not drivable the resident has 3 days to move it before towed. My ball joint can off my car Saturday 08/25/18 I had it towed there that evening sense it was the weekend, to get the part to fix it I had to wait till today Monday, 8/27/18 to get the mechanic to fix it around 2 this afternoon, tell me why these apartment people had the nerve to tow my car wit it… only being 2 days then sit back and tell me I have to pay for my car to be brought back and agruing saying it was parked there sense Friday HOW!? If I have a paper proof the tow trucker dropped it off Saturday. These people are going to pay for my car to be out and fix any extra damages bcuz I have an estimate already done on my car and pictures before they had it towed or they will be sued. This isn’t the only issue that I have wit them they also change the rent on certain people every month. Why? Everyone’s rent should be the same for them every month especially if your like me and pay on time every month so tell me again why my bill each month gets higher and higher? We've lived here many years without ever being even 1 day late on the rent, but the new property management is absolutely horrifying! They are so rude and never, ever fix anything until contacted several times. The apartments generally all have black mold! We have roaches, mice, and most other pests! Anytime you want something fixed, it takes about 4 months and 12 rude conversations with Rochelle. Currently, we have no heat or air with the 40 degree temperatures. The water is turned off… almost every day for hours without warning or explanation! If you're lucky enough to get a maintenance person for repairs, they will leave your door ajar for the entire time, even during lunch and smoke breaks. SMH
Unless you have NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE, this is the last place in Harris county you want to live! Recently, it's come to our attention that they are scamming money from the renters as well. In spite of a signed lease for a certain amount, our rent changes monthly.
An attempt was made to evict us for a $4 water bill that to date has still never been received. To add to the misery, it appears that it's becoming a haven for drugs as well. NEVER RENT HERE! RUN FAR AND FAST!!! Wish there was a (-10) rating! Read More
