Love these apartments

I highly recommend these apartments, the staff and maintenance are amazing and respond in a timely manner. I have stayed here for 2 years and have enjoyed my stay .

DONT MOVE HERE

When I first moved in the roof leaked in my bathroom from the rain ! Took them forever to come handle that ! The ENTIRE complex is infested with ROACHES ! These people told me AFTER I moved all my things in that there was a roach problem and they would get pest control to spray my apartment every Tuesday until the problem was solved ! I've been here a year and only seen them twice ! They also told me after I moved in they were going to fix the tile in my front bathroom , they came 2 months… AFTER THE TILE HAD LIFTED UP AND SPREADED ALL THE WAY TO MY FRONT DOOR(when it was inspection time) The gate is never fixed so therefore there is never any PARKING FOR THOSE WHO PAY RENT HERE ! Can't wait until my lease is up ! The walls are so thin you can hear people cell phone vibrate ! They're under new management now so disregard the prior post !

Heard so many wonderful things about this community!

I'm transferring to the city and this community is one that several have told me about, and how that work well with new and current tenants, I so hope to be able to live in this community moving back to my home town, into this beautiful place.
