Avoid this complex
Would recommend staying away from this complex. The staff is extremely unprofessional and not communicative. They look to drive up any additional charges as possible to your account, to an already overpriced monthly rent. We had a couple repairs needing to be made throughout our stay, and the average wait time for a response to our tickets was over 7 days. Keep in mind that is a week our kitchen was not useable. At the time of moveout we are then told we will not be getting our $500 deposit back... for cleaning fees? This is simply ridiculous as we had spent a whole day making sure the place was spotless to avoid any sort of additional charges. When asked for proof we were not provided any, just another scummy apartment complex trying to maximize their already ridiculous profits. Your monthly bill will somehow go up every single month, and when you try to call or go to the office there is no one to acknowledge the discrepancies. The location is nice but with the addition of the new apartments that have been built over the past year would definitely consider looking there before getting trapped into this nightmare of a lease.
