There is no smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events are allowed. Do not park under the house; use the driveway only. If a key is lost or you are locked out, you will be responsible for locksmith or re-key fees. Do not leave food sitting out to avoid pests. Keep the house reasonably clean. Report any accidental damage promptly. Keep noise down at night to respect neighbors. Do not move furniture. Grill only downstairs on the patio and clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off with the downstairs shower and leave sandy shoes at the door or on the deck. Do not flush feminine products or grease down drains. Lock all doors when leaving the house. Guests asked to leave due to rule-breaking will not receive a refund. In a mandatory hurricane evacuation, a full refund or credit for unused nights will be issued.
