There is no smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events are permitted. Illegal activity on the property is prohibited. Do not leave food sitting out to avoid pests. Keep the house reasonably clean. Report any accidental damage promptly. Keep noise down at night to respect neighbors. Do not move furniture, inside or out. Grilling is permitted only downstairs on the patio, never on the deck, and the grill should be cleaned after use. Rinse sand off with the downstairs shower and leave sandy shoes at the door or on the deck. Do not flush feminine products or anything that could harm the septic system, and do not pour grease down any drain. If something breaks, notify the owner; damage from careless behavior may incur costs. Lock all doors when leaving the house.
