21 Gramercy Park

Certainly the best apartment I have lived in. The neighborhood is great, staff is always so friendly and helpful, and it is the cleanest apartment I have moved into. Noise level is minimal and I have never had issues with parking, both residential and visitor. The only issue I ever seem to have is a lack of ventilation in the kitchen, but with all the other positives I can overlook that easily.

I like the cozy atmosphere here. There are lots of events for residents. I always appreciate it. Thank you so much! I am looking forward what is the next :)

21 Gramercy has been the perfect place to live in BCS as a grad student. The amenities are exactly what I wanted and are well kept. Quiet and slightly away from the university, park Hudson itself is ideally located close to stores but with plenty of trails.

I think management focuses on things that are not of a huge importance and needs to pay more attention to what residents really need or want. It’s often the little things that make a difference.

21 Gramercy is a great place to live!! I recommend it to everyone. Close to campus but also far enough away to avoid all of the traffic. Overall, great place to live at!!
