It's a great location - good for minimal traffic and safe walking area. My apartment is quite nice for its price, and we get a ton of natural light. Management is also very nice and responsive to any problems or questions that come up.

I've lived at 21 Gramercy for 3 years now. At first, I was happy with the value of the apartment. I chose not to renew this year because the price has become too high for the value.

The staff are super nice and it’s a quiet and clean apartment complex. It’s regularly maintained and I’ve enjoyed living here and am excited to continue.

Initially when we moved in, things were better, but Meg doesn’t show any real compassion or concern for residents. They sell you on things that you never see and while they offered us another apartment to move away from the dumpster on property, it has no pantry and no real storage. We are crammed in. Looking forward to the end of our lease in September to get out of here.

21 Gramercy is a great place to live. The office staff are friendly and helpful, the residents are generally quiet and respectful, it's a safe area with minimal traffic, and the apartments themselves are quite nice.
