Love living here. Close to tamu bus and school bus. Spacious rooms and a cute backyard make our townhouse nice place to live. Lot's ot closets and storage spaces.

As a resident of 3 years, I have to say this is one of the better places to live especially with the initiative that the current authorities are taking with timely planning and actions.
Overall it’s a quiet and peaceful community (barring a couple random kids but they’re young so it’s all cool) and it’s close to all the essential places as well. Would definitely recommend others to check this place out :D

I have never had any problems. People is friendly and the community has access to many services around. I have had a few emergency maintenance calls that were taken care of very quickly, people at the office are very responsive also. I have not used the facilities that much but the parks close by have many things to do.

Overall I like it here. Quiet, staff responds in a timely manner as well as maintenance. I feel like I don’t have a relationship with the staff .. they can be distant but I prefer it that way so I guess that’s not bad.

The office staff has been so encouraging and compassionate they make living here a joy ,we also like how we feel safe here and I can take walks with my little girls and see it's a beautiful family environment and our hour is beautiful we love the layout and I don't want to forget the maintenance team they are so respectful and caring ,me. my wife and kids we love it here
