Don't trust them. They'll show you an apartment, and you'll apply so you pay the $75 but then conveniently give the apartment to someone else who was 'approved right before you" while the application fee is non-refundable. Can't trust places that can't wait to take your money but give nothing in return, imo.

Fantastic property manager, Leasing consultants are super friendly and helpful, Convenient location and affordable price, Super fast work order response, Ample parking, Friendly neighbors, pool was always clean, less than 1 mile from Blinn College.

Biggest complaints:
electric bill was quite high for 571 sq feet
AC units look very old, mine broke 3 times in one month
Parking lot subject to flooding under heavy rain
Occasional helicopter taking off from hospital across the street

Riverstone Apartment Homes are fantastic. They are located more or less in the middle of Bryan/College Station, Texas with really easy access to Blinn College, Texas A&M University, and most of the attractions or amenities in and around town.
Even though the complex is centrally located in town, it is a very quiet complex. Most of the residents are older(not college aged) professionals, so there is not a lot of noise during the day or night.
The maintenance staff of fantastic. They are... always working to maintain the complex and keep it looking beautiful, and if you ever have a maintenance issue or something that needs to be fixed, they will be there to fix it within a day at most. The same goes for the office staff. They are always professional, outgoing, and helpful.
The apartments are very spacious, with plenty of room for multiple people. The only slight complaint that I have about Riverstone is that the complex is older, so some of the inside finishes are dated, but they are working on upgrading those finishes!

The buildings show their age in spots, but for the most part it's well maintained and cared for. The neighborhood is mostly quiet. With lots of shops and a large hospital close by. The traffic on the crossroads isn't bad and I take frequent walks. I had doubts when I first moved in, but this is a decent spot with a fairly affordable rate.

This is the third time I've rented here over the last 7 years. The reason I keep coming back is because its just a good place to live. Rent is about average compared to other places in town. Maintenance is friendly and usually gets to the issue the same day. Its located within walking distance of a walgreens and about a block off of two major roads in town. So you are close but don't hear the traffic. They are under new management which is great because the managers a few years ago were terrible... . When you move out, as long as you clean up they really dont stick you with a large bill. Maybe a couple dollars to replace a blind or damaged rubber stopper but that's all. I have a friend that has lived here for 4 years and he loves it. I'm actually upgrading to a 2 bedroom when I renew my lease. Read More
