Indifferent Leasing Office

Livable is a good way of describing life at Sundance. The apartments are in a quiet environment and relatively affordable until you look at your electricity bill. The leasing office is ineffective at handling issues that arise and generally display condescending indifference towards tenant concerns. The heater and AC are unreliable and the staff is not equipped to diagnose and resolve problems effectively. There are water leaks on the property several times a month that require for water across… the complex to be shut off for indefinite amounts of time. Do yourself a favor a pay a little bit more to live somewhere else in the College Station/Bryan area. There will be a lot fewer headaches if you do.

Livable

Overall Sundance is great for the price you're paying. Our electric bill is typically $80, so altogether its not bad at all. It gets really cold in winter, kind of a crack under our door and super chilly by windows. Dont bother turning on the heat, you'll just run up your bill. Buy a cheap $20 heater from Target and it'll heat up whatever room you're staying in real quick. Our one bedroom is spacious, and i absolutely LOVE the two huge- and i mean HUGE- walk in closets we've got. Living room,… dining area are spacious. Love the bar, even if its slightly bent downward in the middle. Looking at other apartments to live in for the fall, but more than likely staying and renewing our lease. Nothing has compared quite as well to this old place. Even if someone did run over our sign. Lol.

Close to bussinesses, bus for tamu and city. Great maintnance. Beautiful apartment. Nice people.
