Quality rapidly decreasing

90% of equipment in gym is broken. Weight benches are missing screws in the seat and you can't adjust for height. The 2 bikes by the door require a subscription to use. This was promised over a year ago but never happened so they're essentially useless. The other bike will revert back to level zero constantly which makes it useless. The ellipticals aren't level which causes pain when using (can be seen by the etched marks on the rails). The smith machine has loose bolts for safety rails. Was… told someone came to look at it but that was months ago and nothing has happened.

Club house is in the same condition: microwave is broken, tv remotes don't work, pool cues are missing tips, connect 4 is broken, business center is just a table with chairs, arcade game is broken, and corn hole legs are broken. We rented the place almost a year ago and nothing has been fixed since then

All these either need out of order signs or need to be repaired. Otherwise, it's misleading for current and future residents. Especially if they're using it to promote the property.

Decent apartments at an affordable price

I have lived here for two years now, it is nice, affordable. Apartments are in good shape and clean. They try to keep it maintained. Pools get closed a lot which bother some people. You also never know if the gates are going to work (they break on the regular) so yes it has its flaws but don't all apartments? For the lower price of rent I would say it is one of the best options in the area.

Shannon Creek is a fantastic place to live!

Shannon Creek Apartments in Burleson TX is a fantastic place to live! The apartments are only a few years old so everything is in great shape, and the apartments are really well-designed and spacious. The maintenance staff is amazing and really responsive, talented, and friendly. The amenities are top notch, with two great swimming pools, an exercise facility, a clubhouse with a billiards table and other games, regular events hosted by management in the clubhouse for the residents, and even… food trucks that stop by on a schedule. My name is Steve Washko and I would definitely recommend Shannon Creek to anyone.
