New manager is worse than last. Betty is so unprofessional and rude. Maintenance orders takes forever. They will say complete but the work was not done. Trash outside on the ground. Rats in some buildings, roaches Sidewalk and breezeway are nasty. Gwen is a liar and so unnecessary rude
They pretend to uphold the rules but really don't care. Most residents don't care how they live and owners and management don't care.

Maintenance requests marked complete without proper resolution are absolutely not acceptable, and we encourage you to contact the office directly so we can investigate and follow up. As for the cleanliness and pest concerns you’ve mentioned, we are actively working with our maintenance and pest control partners to address any problem areas. If there's something specific you’d like us to look into, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
We understand frustrations can build when communication breaks down. We’re working on being better, not just sounding better — and resident feedback, even when hard to hear, is part of that process.
