So far so good, I really have nothing to complain about just yet. I guess only time will tell!! The community is really quiet, well my building at least!!

The resident experience has been fairly good. I don’t like the loudness of the location I am in. The road is next to my windows and isn’t peaceful at all. The windows don’t seem sealed tightly enough to take out the noise factor. I would love for that to be resolved in some kind of way. Also, my upstairs neighbor who I have complained about one time is very much heavy footed and it’s very disruptive considering the construction of the building is probably a factor.
