This is a brand-new build, and I love the area we're in! Great apartment and very quiet neighbors (minus the upstairs dog who barks his head off lol, but it's okay). Super clean and haven't had much trouble. If any, the maintenance team is quick and handy :) I also love that the apartment staff is always super nice and hosts various food trucks, including tacos, for the community; it's a nice touch. The gym is great, as well as the pool area!

Amenities are great, complex is quiet and well kept, maintenance is quick when requested. Application process took a while and communication could have been a bit better, but overall worked out fine.
