New Tenant

I have not moved in yet but am familiar with the area and it is very convenient to most everywhere and everything. Nice safe neighborhood and lovely complex. The staff has been very helpful, especially Nataeja with assisting me with all the details and working with me because I am in another state right now. Looking forward to moving in late Aug.

Amazing Place !!

Wow this is a diamond in the rough property sits right off 820 headed towards lake worth. Great amenities , beautiful pool and 24 hour gym access. Gated Community the floor plans are spacious and Cory the Leasing Specialist is awesome he has the best attitude and great customer service. What a major asset to this property. Please if you are looking for luxury, quiet community this is the place to call home.

Love it here!

First and foremost, the staff here is incredibly friendly and approachable. They have a lot of fun and went out of their way to make me feel included and welcomed with a genuine desire to help, which put me at ease. My Maintenance requests are handled quickly and they take great care to ensure the common areas are well-maintained and clean. It's clear they take pride in their work and are committed to creating a great living experience.

Do not move here

They have rodents and they don’t care about the residents dealing with those issues they have no compassion.
