How Is This Rating Determined?

Terrible management, terrible maintenance

Management never follows through on their commitments. Maintenance never finishes their projects. They just close out requests, but don't finish the repairs. All the shrubs are dead. The balconies are rotten and falling apart. Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Not worth it

These apartments are not worth your time and money. In the scorching heat of June they refused to give us a new ac unit that works properly

Been here for like a month, it’s a nice, quiet and safe apartment. There have been maintenance issues here and there, but they have so responsive to fix all the issues. Great staff at the office too, always ready to help.

I have been here for a month and love it! There have been things here and there that need to be fixed but thats normal anywhere you live. The staff here are super friendly and helpful! There hasnt been a time I had an issue that it wasnt resolved quickly. Julie, Maryam, Tony, Mauricio and Matt have all been so kind and has made my experience here amazing so far! I love the community and how easy it is to get to stores and major highways!
