Living here is a wonderful experience! The management team is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about the residents, while the maintenance crew impresses with their knowledge and prompt service. As a pet owner, I really appreciate that the complex is pet friendly, making it a perfect home for me and my furry friend.

The amenities here are second to none. It’s not just about the pool and pavilion with grills, although those are fantastic for weekend hangouts, there’s also a well-equipped... playground, a soccer field for some competitive fun, and monthly giveaways that really build a sense of community. The social and seasonal gatherings are a highlight, providing ample opportunities to meet neighbors in a friendly and peaceful setting.

Families will enjoy the proximity to schools, and the overall vibe of the community is both social and serene. When combined with very affordable rent, it’s a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community spirit. I can honestly say I love living here. I love the management staff. They have always been friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff have always been fast at fixing things. My apartment is very nice, and the price is very affordable compared to other places in the area.

This place has been amazing to live at. Not only is it so very nice the cost is very reasonable. I have loved every minute I have lived here. I have had no trouble with macitence fixing anything on a timely manner. I do warn for light sleepers who sleep during the day there are a lot of kids and you can sometimes here them running around outside. But honestly that doesn't bother me they are kids and while they could maybe be a bit more tame I mean you can't expect much from kids. I have had... nothing but wonderful encounters with the office staff. I almost feel like they are family they have been amazing and friendly I always enjoy chatting with them. I know some people have more issues than others but I wonder if maybe its more the way they handle the situations or maybe they are highly impatient I don't know. Anyway this has been an amazing home for 2 years and I look forward to many more here. It would take a lot to get me to move from this place. While I miss living in Burleson it was unreasonable to live up there and really this place is not to long of a drive back to the major things I liked about it. This place takes the cake folks. Only issue I've ever had is loud music at 4am from my downstairs neighbor. Oh, and this one time someone was moving out and hit a carport with the Uhaul truck! didn't get to use it for almost three months after that. the pool closes at 10 which I think is silly because if it's there why not be allowed to use it whenever you want?! Also they claim to have a fitness center, I have yet to find it here... the walkways are never clean and lots of people like to leave... their trash at their door for the world to enjoy smelling. I had a friend living here for a few years and I always loved going over there! The kitchen was extremely nice and the bedroom and living room were HUGE to me for an apartment. I'm apartment searching right now and these are my FIRST choice! Great management as well!
