Don’t do it.
Leasing consultant is amazing, management is horrible. Lied about unit availability just to keep deposit on hold for 2mos to force me into whatever unit they could throw together. Very bad roach and spider infestation . None of the amenities are available for use. No pool, no fitness center, no business center, no after school program. Don’t lease here. You will regret every day of it.

Never live here
My time living in this apartment has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. The management has consistently failed to address our maintenance requests. We repeatedly asked for our outside light to be fixed, and it was never resolved. Even more concerning, we reported black mold on our restroom ceiling, a significant health hazard, and they did absolutely nothing to address it.
To make matters worse, the management recently changed, and they have abruptly started evicting tenants. This... has created a stressful and uncertain living situation for everyone in the building. The lack of responsiveness and the sudden shift in management priorities have left us feeling unsupported and taken advantage of as tenants. I strongly advise against renting in this apartment complex.
