Great communication, awesome office personnel! The maintenance men are not supermen but they go above and beyond to get you taken care of! The contractors are friendly and do a beautiful job as well! All around I’m very happy and pleased with my living here at lake vu and have not been here but a month. Thank you all!

So far so good, nothing to complain about. Office personnel are nice and helpful. Move in experience was quick and easy. Everything done online. Pool loos nice and clean. Plenty of parking.

I enjoy the community as it is quiet and is maintained fairly well. The reasons my rating is only a 3 are due to the infestation of roaches in the apartment, as well as the lack of quality of cabinets and counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom.

Just moved in, so far so good. Clean, gorgeous apt, already feels like home. Haven’t super got into the community but direct neighbors are chill. Hope to have a great year.
