Crossing Place

Since the new management has come in, there have been major improvements in the care for the complex. Maintenance requests are finished quickly, staff is friendlier, and they are making visible improvements to the complex. There is certainly more work to be done, but they are making great headway.

I recently toured this apartment and was really impressed with what I saw. The building was clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming. The apartment itself had a nice layout with plenty of space and natural light. I especially liked the kitchen and the amount of storage available. The common areas were also clean, and the property seemed quiet and peaceful during my visit. The location is another major plus, with restaurants, stores, and other conveniences… nearby. The staff I interacted with were friendly, professional, and willing to answer my questions. Although I have not actually lived here, my experience during the tour was very positive and gave me a good first impression of the property. The apartment staff has great customer service and communication, they were easily able to answer all my questions. I was offered a low rate and the application was easy!

Crossing Place is ok if you're alright with just a bed and kitchen/living room area. Otherwise best to look elsewhere. The maintenance is speedy and offers decent service but only if you're insistent. Also, there are issues they cover or paint over. The nails poke out and cabinets are poorly constructed. There is also a cockroach infestation/issue, and they are resistant to sprays (at least they're small and don't fly...). This place is nice if you manage to coordinate staying with friends… though, made the place seem like home but a bit shabby. Read More
