Incredible management and maintenance team at Stadium View. Any time I had a problem it was quickly resolved and with great quality. Even the landscaping is nice!

Love the staff and residents. Apartment is good but lack of a mailbox and the construction is inconvenient. Also the random emails about having to turn off our water to fix something is an issue noe that I work from home. But other than that I have no complaints. The real selling point is the staff and the programs and support they give to make the residents feel cared for

Thank you so much, We understand the frustration with the mailboxes as well as the construction. We have tried to do our best with the changes external to us and having the mail in the front office gives our incredible residents a reason to come see… us in the front office. We also try to make sure that our residents are in the know when things are being repaired or changed so that its not a surprise so that there are no surprises but we will absolutely try our best to remedy the frequency to next to none!

Good place to live close to campus. Place is an older apartment complex so the apartments are not so high tech as newer complexes. Price and amenities are alright. Staff is very cordial and friendly.
