Love the staff and residents. Apartment is good but lack of a mailbox and the construction is inconvenient. Also the random emails about having to turn off our water to fix something is an issue noe that I work from home. But other than that I have no complaints. The real selling point is the staff and the programs and support they give to make the residents feel cared for

Thank you so much, We understand the frustration with the mailboxes as well as the construction. We have tried to do our best with the changes external to us and having the mail in the front office gives our incredible residents a reason to come see... us in the front office. We also try to make sure that our residents are in the know when things are being repaired or changed so that its not a surprise so that there are no surprises but we will absolutely try our best to remedy the frequency to next to none!

Good place to live close to campus. Place is an older apartment complex so the apartments are not so high tech as newer complexes. Price and amenities are alright. Staff is very cordial and friendly.

Mostly great. Old building so it's expected that not everything's in pristine condition, but not a big deal. Really friendly staff and management.

We were built in 1983 and while we may have a "Vintage" building our very lively staff does its best to keep it spry with improvements and our incredible maintenance staff working around the clock to make sure that... our repairs are done as well! We will continue to stive to be the best we can and give you a community to be proud to be apart of.

Great location near campus and for students!

Great location, great price, and well maintained facilities and units. Maintenance will come the next day to fix any problems you have and are super nice! Staff are very professional and welcoming to me! The prices are affordable and being close to campus is a big perk!
