Encore At Westfork

Great place looks just like the pictures, great amenities, Gated community, safe environment, comes with up to date washer and dryer. Love the fact of the service center and the apt itself for the 1bdroom is a very nice size. overall love where i stay!

Overall, everyone is very kind and awesome. However, the “pond” is now filled with literal garbage from people tossing in garbage bags full of trash into the already filthy water. This issue has not been fixed.
Also, the landscaping could be better. The outside does not match the inside whatsoever.
There is also a problem with people not picking up their dog waste.

Love the complex! Great area, great staff, and amazing room designs.

Need to shout out to Ishmael who is on the maintenance team and handles work orders! He is always quick, respectful, and attentive to jobs at hand!

Anything you need they will work to make sure it gets done!

I loved living at the Encore At Westfork. The staff is friendly, the space is cozy and the location is great. Rating 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons. 1) the walls are thin. But, welcome to apartment living. You’ll find this is common at any newer apartment complex. 2) the trash situation. The dumpster gets full very fast and was not well designed, but it’s honestly no ones fault except for the property management company who chose the dumpster set up.

Other than those 2 things, I… probably had the best view I could ever ask for so that was enjoyable. Oddly, my favorite part of the one bedroom unit was the huge laundry room and huge bathroom. I love counter space and the bathroom offered great space. Read More
