Riverchase

Overall, Riverchase has been an okay place to live (neither great nor horrible). I think the floor plans are good if you compare the price per square feet to other complexes in the immediate area. I also like the city of Coppell. It has proven to be quiet and safe for me. However, there are definite issues that I believe should be resolved by management.

The upkeep/maintenance of the property is poor. For years, foundation issues have been a persistent nuisance. Valet trash is provided 3 days... a week. However, it's unfortunate to see that some residents take advantage of this and will leave trash in front of buildings every day. This doesn't help with the stray cat and rodent problem around the property.

I've found services provided by the leasing office to be disappointing. Most of staff aren't warm and it has felt like an inconvenience to ask them for help. I have several instances where I've repeatedly asked for help (smoke detectors, alarm systems, parking, etc.) and never received it or even a call back.

Great transition apartments, affordable to new renters, or those in change. Located in Coppell Texas -low crime and family oriented. Complex offers covered parking, gym and outdoor pools. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, grocery stores, and more. Constantly upgrading the complex, plus maintenance is fast and friendly.

What really attracted me is the location, we are surrender with a huge golf course and also how nice I was processed by the leasing crew. It is a great community to live and people are very nice and helpful. There's commercial center all over the place and the schools are well rated by the district.
I will definitely recommand my friends and family to join me here.
