Pros: Free covered parking , fast response to maintenance requests, affordable, small community, pest controlled, nice landscape, mixture of people, nice understanding staff.
Cons: Outdated appliances, older looking pool, the gym equipment, finding a parking spot can be tough, only one garbage location.
The cons are sacrifices for the great price in this location. Overall I had a good year living there and if it wasn't for my new job I would have stayed.
