I wanted to love it here, but couldn't because of the following:

1. The gates are always open - so people who shouldn't be here can get in. They are supposed to open via a fob, but one can simply drive up and the gates will open. This defeats the purpose of gates.
2. There is a ton of dog poop EVERYWHERE. There are plenty of "Doggie Pick Up" stations, but people don't use them. The management makes threats that people will be fined, but never follow through and there is still a ton of dog poo… .
3. There isn't enough parking. People will park their trailers in spots, which takes up the much needed spaces. It doesn't make sense to have so much parallel parking - convert them into regular spaces and make it a one-way road throughout the complex.
4. There is a trash compactor that you use for trash when trash service isn't here (Friday and Saturday), but you are never taught how to access it. You'll be fined $25 per bag if you can't get it into the compactor, which is often too full to even get your trash into.
5. Crime is high because there are no cameras. Cars are run into and broken into, but the complex can't help provide proof because there is none.

If you have another option, I'd take that one because this place isn't all it seems. Read More

My one star review goes to the management of this building. Things went really nice and smooth until our move-in day (lFriday).
The apartment had white construction dirty everywhere and spider webs in every corner. The stainless steel appliances were all smudged and the sink was very dirty.
There were piles of white powder behind the fridge and the stove plus ants in a corner of the bottom of the island.
The blinds and windows were extremely dusty and when we vacuumed our carpet in the room… the filter was filled up. The apartment was clearly not cleaned after construction.
Besides the frustration of coming to an apartment that was not ready to move in, the worst part was how management responded to our complaint.
Both my husband and I got the day off work to be able to move and planned our weekend all around it so we could have everything ready by Monday (the limit day for us to return the keys from the apartment we were moving out).
We also had somebody else who drove 45 minutes with us to help with the moving just to get there and have them saying that all they could do would clean it on Monday.
After more complaints and explanations that we could not delay our moving date to Monday, the manager came to talk to us and had the worst attitude.
When we asked how they could be leasing an apartment that dirty for anybody to move in her response was: “I walked in there and it was not dirty “
More talk goes back and forth (with us getting more and more frustrated) until we pointed out the fact that we did our side of the agreement while the apartment complex was delivering such a poor product for us, and that because we would have to wait for them to clean it they should at least offer us something in return for all the hassle.
The manager responded that she wouldn’t just put an offer out there and after we stated that we deserved at least some type of discount or maybe another unit that would be cleaner, she said she couldn’t give the discount and that all the apartments would be the same way.
I called the regional manager and explained everything. I got apologies for all the bad answers and poor attitude that the complex manager gave to us and we got $33 off our rent).
They sent a cleaning lady to clean the apartment on the next morning and on Saturday morning we were finally able to move in. Read More
