The property has a no-pets policy, with a $100 fine for violations, and a no-smoking policy, with a $200 fine for violations verified by an ozone machine. A maximum of 4 guests is allowed, and violations will result in a canceled stay and non-refund. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. A $60 initial late fee applies for guests who do not check out by 11 AM, with an additional $30 per hour thereafter. No parties or events are allowed, and guests must notify the host of any issues within 2 hours of check-in. Trash must be placed in the provided receptacle at the back of the property, and a minimum charge of $50 will apply if checkout procedures are not followed. A minimum biohazard cleaning fee of $75 will be charged for any incidents involving blood, urine, feces, pet waste, etc. Guests assume responsibility for any accidents or injuries on the property and agree to release and indemnify the host from any liability.
