All pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home (unless in fenced in back yard). All pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in our garbage receptacles outside of the home. All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding and off sheets and blankets or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed.
