A maximum of either 1 large animal (50-75 lbs) or two small animals (under 40 lbs) is permitted. All pets must be kenneled and house trained, leashed at all times if outside the home (unless in the fenced-in backyard), and all pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed of in the garbage receptacles outside the home. All pets must be kept off all furniture, bedding, sheets, and blankets, or a minimum cleaning fee of $100 will be assessed. Guests assume responsibility for any damages or injury caused by their animals. Emotional support animals are not exempt from this pet policy and pet fees must be paid. For stays over 7 nights, mid-stay cleaning is required and collected after booking via the 'Change Reservation' tool. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts, and login credentials are not provided.
