My family has lived here for almost six years now and absolutely love it. The area is super convenient and safe.The staff is amazing and very welcoming, they do a lot for the community and it shows.

Hot water is out at least once a month maybe more!
People don’t pick up after their dogs.
There has been a car taking up a parking spot that hasn’t moved for a whole year!
Trash is left in the courtyards for days.
Gate has been broken half the time I’ve been here.

They are always helpful whenever I have an issue with my apartment and are easy to work with as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating!

Location, amenities and maintenance are great as well as the staff. But the rent is too high for how outdated the inside features are. The water gets shut off for the day for repairs almost every other month.

Office staff is extremely helpful and kind when you have questions or need something done. The are has plenty of restaurants and shopping so you don’t have to travel very far to find something to do.
