Residents who choose to make their home here for so long truly show how much they value the community, and we’re grateful... to have you with us.Our team follows a daily routine that includes walking the grounds to pick up trash and dog waste, as well as checking and maintaining the laundry rooms. Even with those regular rounds, things can happen between checks. We will send reminders to residents about their responsibilities—especially regarding pets, trash disposal, and shared spaces.We understand your concerns about recent water shutoffs, gate locks, and overall improvements. Some of these issues are tied to necessary repairs and upgrades, and we’re committed to making continued progress throughout the property.Whenever you notice something that needs attention, please reach out to the office right away rather than waiting. Hello there. Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us. We really do care about the folks who live here, and I’m sorry if that hasn’t come across in the way you’ve experienced. Our whole office team — not just the community manager — sends out weekly... updates and “need-to-know” info to keep everyone in the loop. Honestly, you probably get more communication from us than you ever asked for. Case in point: the community manager accidentally blasted a message to the entire property today that was meant for just one resident. Trust us, we’re definitely around… sometimes a little too much. LOL.
As for maintenance, they should always leave your home the way they found it, and we appreciate you calling that out. We’ll make sure the team tightens up on that.
