we’ve been here since the end of december and have been happy with our overall experience! there is a lot of work on the water lines in the area which i understand is unavoidable but can be a little inconvenient at times. quiet community and friendly/helpful staff tho!

I have been here at Copper Ridge for almost 6 years.. I still feel Copper Ridge needs more improvement.. I was concerned about the water & pipe issues? Water getting turned off every week in March? It concerns me how the complex is being managed? Laundry rooms still need to be monitored? Residents leaving laundry in washers & dyers for an extended length of time? Gate locks in the front by the leasing office? Keys never work to unlock them? I see many vacant apartments throughout the complex?... Which concerns me as well? I plan to stay here at Copper Ridge.. but I still see so many improvements needed? Pets need to be monitored by Owners & clean up after them as well? Residents not following Trash Pick up regulations & not leaving trash in trash can for pick up? The time I have been here at Copper Ridge it has changed so much? I would really like to see improvements going forward..

This community might not be as bad as others. My intuition tells me that the property staff is more interested in business than interested in the community members. There is probably a good reason that the community manager has never greeted the community since I've been here. The reason is probably because the community manager isn't someone you'd be happy to meet. Also, the maintenance staff doesn't like to clean after themselves when they visit an apartment for a maintenance workorder.

Our whole office team — not just the community manager — sends out weekly... updates and “need-to-know” info to keep everyone in the loop. Honestly, you probably get more communication from us than you ever asked for. Case in point: the community manager accidentally blasted a message to the entire property today that was meant for just one resident. Trust us, we’re definitely around… sometimes a little too much. LOL. As for maintenance, they should always leave your home the way they found it, and we appreciate you calling that out. We’ll make sure the team tightens up on that. I love it here. Its so peaceful and all my neighbors are very friendly. Its a quiet place with no disturbance. Even if you have a pet they make sure that it's a comfortable place for them as well. The pool is refreshing and the gym is just the right size to put in any basic workout.
