So far the community has been great! Clear communication with leasing office and nice amenities. Move in and signing the lease was made easy, and we moved from far away so they helped us do almost everything online!

You cannot beat this location! Everything you need—grocery stores, restaurants, and public transit—is just a short walk away. On top of that, the building amenities are fantastic and always kept spotlessly clean. The gym has great equipment, and the common areas are perfect for working from home.

My wife and I moved from Oregon and we were welcome with open arms by the staff. It took only a couple of hours and we were approved to live at cooper ridge. So far the experience has been awesome. Thank you to everyone.
