Great location. Maintenance is really good when I need something. Love the monthly book club. My only complaints are 1) the pool being closed on Mondays and 2) the trash valet being off on Fridays and Saturdays

South Bay is such a beautiful place with great people around. Staffs are amazing. Very clean place, with friendly neighbors. PLUSwe have a beautiful pool, that the keep clean every Monday and grills all around the complex

Overall I’ve had a great experience so far, love the new yoga studio. Only downside is the pool closed on Monday’s and only two treadmills in the gym.
