Great experience living here at South Bay. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment ! Beautiful community in a convenient neighborhood. Most necessities are less than 10 minutes away.

I have been a resident here since 2019 and I’m still loving it! Our 2 bedroom apartment with a sun room is the perfect size. Big enough to feel like we have some space and small enough that I can clean the whole place in 2 hours regardless of how messy it might be. The management staff are incredible, very friendly and helpful when needed. The maintenance team are literally award-winning for their response time and ability to fix whatever has needed fixing. Plenty of room poolside to relax and... an awesome gym to workout in. The grounds are always kept meticulously clean and I can always find a clean BBQ pit to grill on. Not to forget, free coffee in the office, breakfast on the first Saturdays, and the staff always has some kind of fun thing going on for the residents. Living here makes life a bit easier!

The South Bay Apartments, they are really cool, so much helpful and really loved the vibe it’s so quiet here. Leasing management is also very nice they respond quickly once connected.

Love my neighborhood. The staff is great to work with. I love the amenities. I would however would love to see some upgrades in the kitchen. Overall I wouldn't want to live no where else.

Very friendly staff. Really well maintained amenities. Dog friendly. The complex itself is very well maintained as well. the groundskeeper John does a very good job.
