So pretty here! The landscaping is always kept up, it’s quiet, no parking troubles, the pool is always clean. By far the best apartment I’ve lived in!

I can sum it up in two words, “Easy Living!” I Love living here. The convenience of living close enough to SPID that I can jump on the freeway in a matter of minutes, but far enough away from it that I don’t hear it! And 15 minutes to the beach! My 2 bedroom apartment is spacious, but I can clean the whole thing in 2 hours. If something break, I don’t have to fix it or worry, South Bay’s award-winning maintenance crew comes quickly with the fix, doesn’t matter what it is! Management and the… office staff could not be friendlier and they are always having special things going on for the residence. For instance, they feed us a yummy breakfast on the first Saturday of the month. The grounds are always clean and the pool sparkles, thanks to John. We have several nearly new grill areas and an awesome Gym ( I need to get in there more). All I have to do is put the garbage can outside my door in the evening and go back to watch football. It’s easy and good living here at South Bay’s!

10/10, Everything about the apartments is great. Pool, Carwash Station, Nice Staff, Pool, Dog Parks, Volleyball Net and outside cooking Areas. Gated and Light up at night. It truly Makes you feel safe when living here. Other Residents are Super Nice as well!
