Not the worst

When we moved in, the owner at the time did not tell us there was a roach infestation. We found out a few days after moving in and the current owner right now told us they will be fumigating for them. I came to find out that everyone in the building is paying different prices.. What's that about? Being a mother of a 6 month old baby I really don't appreciate that since I'm struggling with buying diapers. Other than that I say these apartments aren't that bad.
