Unprofessional Management and Unauthorized Entry

Worst management experience I’ve ever had. I spoke with Janet multiple times, and every interaction was unpleasant.
I scheduled a pre-move-out inspection for January 20th, which was supposedly completed. However, on January 28th, maintenance entered my apartment again with no work order, no request, and no notice. When I called at 5:00 PM that day to ask why they entered my home after the inspection was already finalized, Janet was incredibly dismissive. She rushed me off the phone, claiming... they "had to inspect the apartment," but failed to explain why I wasn't notified or why a second visit was necessary.
This is a major safety issue. I have a large dog, which is exactly why I scheduled the original appointment—so I could secure him. If my dog had bitten an intruder entering without notice, he could have been put down through no fault of his own. It is terrifying to know management enters units whenever they feel like it, regardless of scheduled appointments. I only caught this because I have cameras.
Furthermore, they are now claiming the bedroom carpets need to be replaced. My camera footage proves that nobody even entered the bedrooms during either visit. When I offered to provide this video evidence, Janet told me it didn't matter and that I would be charged $85 regardless. There are no rips or stains; they are charging me for "damages" they haven't even looked at.
This complex is a joke. They are unprofessional, impossible to reach, and will try to nickel-and-diming you for everything. Avoid this place at all costs.

Home Sweet Home

I have lived here almost 2 years and love it.

The apartments are quiet, clean and the office and maintenance staff are friendly. The prices and space are great in comparison with our apartments in the area. And the schools are AMAZING

I recommend it here.

Great value

This apartment offers a spacious layout with affordable prices.

The community is overall safe and quiet. The location is great with so many things very close by.

The office team has been wonderful. Noreen has been very helpful and is always available to assist with questions. The maintenance team is also top notch, Octavio is very knowledgeable and gets things done quickly.

I plan to renew when it’s time.
