A security camera is installed on the exterior of the home to record people coming in and out for safety. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and a $250 fee per day will be charged if caught smoking. No parties are allowed, and a zero-tolerance policy is enforced with potential eviction for noise violations. Lost door keys or remote fobs will incur a $150 replacement fee.
