Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for any violations. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Guests must be at least 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests.
