Designated as Dallas’s first historic district, the neighborhood blends timeless character with modern sophistication. There is gated parking in the back of our property for our guests. Please limit your parking to one vehicle behind the gate. If you have a visitor, please have them utilize street parking. Quiet hours are 9 PM to 9 AM. No parties or events are allowed, and gatherings beyond the registered guest list are not permitted. No firearms are allowed on the property. Registered guests only, and unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval. Absolutely no smoking of any kind (including 420) inside the unit or courtyards. Smoking must occur at least 40 feet from the building. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owner (1 pet max, 50 lbs or less, $100 non-refundable deposit). Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out is 12:00 PM sharp. Late departures may result in additional fees. Do not move furniture. A $50 fee applies if items are not returned to their original position at check-out. Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the platform you booked on. Turn off all lights, A/C, and heating whenever you leave the property. A laptop computer is not included.
