No parties and/or large noisy social gatherings are permitted; a $500.00 surcharge will be charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors; a $500 fine will be applied if you violate this policy. A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with a maximum of 3 people staying in the unit. You will be charged accordingly for any damaged, lost, or stolen personal property, or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean up. Please lock all windows and doors when not at home and turn off all lights when not in use. Garbage is to be disposed of in the garbage chute located on every floor.
