There is a $500 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house, and guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund. You will be fined $500 if you violate the strict no-smoking policy in the unit. A surcharge of $100 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with no more than 3 people staying at the unit. There is a $10 charge for every guest after 2.
