A penalty of $50.00 per hour will be applied for late check-outs. Guests are asked to remove shoes inside the home, especially on carpeted areas. Quiet hours are observed from 11 PM to 7 AM. Smoking or vaping indoors is strictly prohibited, with a $500 fine for violations. Evidence of pets will result in a $150 fine. Parties and large, noisy gatherings are not permitted, and guests being deceitful about the use of the house may incur a $500 surcharge and be asked to vacate immediately without refund. An additional $100 surcharge per undeclared guest per night will be applied for unapproved guests, with a maximum of 3 people allowed in the unit. Guests are responsible for the replacement cost of any permanently stained, damaged, or missing towels, linens, or fabric items. A $150 charge will apply if the fob or parking pass is not returned.
